These single hook condoms have been improved with the addition of a small oval link. This provides two advantages: firstly, it enables you to change the hook if it becomes damaged or blunted and secondly it creates a more flexible lure which is less likely to be thrown by the fish. We have also found that the new short shank hook with a slight in turn point, hooks most fish in the lip, making it a much better lure for catch and release.
